Carolyn Jane Lappert Palla, 64, of Bastrop, Texas, died August 23, 2017.
Carolyn was a dedicated and loving wife to her husband Gary Palla of 46 years, who passed just last year. She had 5 children she cherished dearly, and over the years has gained 2 son-in-laws and 2 daughter-in-laws whom she loved as her own. Carolyn always wanted to have a lot of kids and was very blessed with 11 grandchildren and one more on the way!
Carolyn taught Kindergarten for 20 years at the Nazarene Christian School. She was known by all for her amazing hugs, which she gave with her whole heart. She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
Services will be held at All Faiths of the Pines in Smithville, Texas on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 10:00 AM. Reception will follow service at Faith Impact Fellowship on 816 Highway 21 E.
Due to bad weather, graveside service will be at Fairview Cemetery on Monday, August 28, at 3:00 PM.
