Floyd Hyson, Jr.

Floyd R. Hyson, Jr. passed away on May 3, 2017 at the age of 100 years old. He was born in Smithville, Texas on September 18, 1916, where he resided until moving to Bastrop, Texas to live in an assisted living facility. Mr. Hyson was a retired Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force. A memorial service will be held in his honor Tuesday, May 23, 2017, 10:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church located in Smithville, Texas.

Mr. Hyson will be laid to rest with full Military Honors at Oak Hill Cemetery in Smithville, Texas.
