Frances Lewis

Frances O Lewis of Smithville Texas passed away on January 25, 2018.

She was born in Winter Garden, Florida on November 18, 1930 to James Garfield Norwood and Zorah Ann Norwood.  She was married to Rupert L Lewis on January 30, 1960.

Survivors include her husband of 57 years Rupert  L Lewis and her three children, Frances Kay Lewis Bertrand and Clarence J Bertrand of Tyler, Texas, Vickie Ann Lewis of Smithville, Texas, Charles A Lewis of Kitty Hawk, North Carolina; one grandchild, Jana Kay Bertrand Cates and Chase W Cates of Longview, Texas and two great grandchildren, Carsen Reed Cates and Sutton Wesley Cates of Longview, Texas.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by the family burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer’s Association.
