Richard Neihardt

Richard Edward Neihardt was born to Alva J Neihardt and Dorothy Ann Pyle on May 27, 1951. Richard entered into rest December 29, 2017 in Austin, Texas. He went to school in Witchita, Kansas until he enlisted in the United States Navy. He was an active Navel Military from 1969 to 1971. Richard worked as a ranch hand and on oil rigs after his time in the Navy. But his favorite thing to do was to go fishing. Richard married Linda Allen on April 16, 1999. They lived in Arizona before moving to Smithville, Texas in January of 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents, Alva J Niehardt and Dorothy Pyle along with his step-dad, Astor DeFoor. Richard is survived by his wife, Linda Neihardt of Smithville, TX; Daughter, Regina Schriber and husband Michael of Carson, IN and their children Stephanie, Cameron and Damien; Step-Daughter, Crystal Proctor and husband Steven of Smithville, TX and their children Melinda and Brittany; Step-Son, Keith Wade Bryant and wife Marci and their children Keyerra, Mari, Dominic and Elijah; Brother, David Neihardt and wife Delilah of Yuma, AZ and their children Chad and Christina along with other nieces, nephews family and friends
