Ronnie Harrison

Ronnie Phillip Harrison, age 79, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 1, 2018
in Austin, Tx. He was born April 27, 1939 in Chandler, Tx to Dewey and Vera (Lawrence)
Harrison.

He was a 1956 graduate of Vallejo High school and entered the United States Air Force
in 1959. After leaving the service he met Kathy Elesha Swain and they were later married
on March 3, 1964 in Brownsboro Tx. Ronnie was a Union Sheet Metal worker for Local 67
for most of his adult life and was a skilled wood working craftsmen.

Ronnie was not a man who liked a lot of attention. He was honest, direct, truthful, kind
and he had a wicked sense of humor.

He loved his family deeply and was especially proud of his grandchildren and
great-grandchildren.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents Dewey and Vera Harrison, his brothers
Lawrence "Buck" Harrison and Bill Harrison and by his loving wife Kathy.

He is survived by his sister Edna Jo Kidd-Welch, his three children Beckie Avis (John),
Stacy Mehalic (John)and Robert Harrison (Melissa), his eight grandchildren Justin (Justine),
Emily (James), Lauren (Luke), Karen (Cody), Jack, Henry, Gabriel and Kathryn; his
two great-grandchildren and his numerous nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be 11:00am Saturday, October 6, 2018 in Oak Hill Cemetery in
Smithville, Texas
