William Breeden, Jr, 93, beloved Father, was called to his eternal resting place on August 10, 2024. He entered this world on August 8, 1931 in [Smithville], [Tx], born to [William Breeden, Sr] and (Zelma Frazier].
He is survived by his daughters Deborah Wells and husband Robert Wells, Kathy Wilson and husband Wesley Wilson, Cindy Griesenbeck and husband Gary Griesenbeck, 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
He was known by many loving names: William, Breeden, Junior, Bill, Bud, Mailman, Willum, Uncle, Daddy, Grandpa and Great Grandpa. He lived a life of service. He served his country in the Army during the Korean War, the community as letter carrier for 38 years, the Smithville Independent School District as School Board member for 7 years and served his Lord and Savior in the First Baptist Church Smithville as Deacon and in any capacity needed. William lived by the Golden Rule, and treated others with kindness, respect, and compassion. He was a positive influence on those around him.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Patricia Haynie Breeden.

Services to celebrate William's life will be Saturday August 24, 2024 at the First Baptist Church of Smithville.
The visitation will begin at 10:30am, the service will begin at 11:30am. Following the service, family and friends will gather at the church hall for food and fellowship. Burial will be a private family event.
